Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Policy

DPC Industries, Inc. (DPC), a manufacturer and distributor of inorganic chemicals, compressed gases and water treatment products, is committed to protecting the environment, health, safety and security of its stakeholders. We believe it is the responsibility of each and every employee to comply with all policies and procedures, ensure a safe work place and protect the environment and communities in which we live and work.

DPC is committed to product stewardship and responsible distribution in every phase of chemical storage, handling, transportation and disposal. DPC shall be actively engaged in the development of industry and technical standards through the Chlorine Institute and the National Association of Chemical Distributors.

DPC is committed to continuous improvement of environmental, health, safety and security performance as well as compliance with applicable government and industry requirements. Senior management shall establish and renew responsible distribution goals, objectives and targets on an annual basis and will communicate this policy to stakeholders.
